Aussie Wedding Pics - 8 January 2005

When I was organizing this wedding in Australia, my dream was to have a simple, Filipiniana wedding.

I wanted it to be an intimate one where we gather people dearest to us and simply have fun.

I also wanted this nice wedding photo in a nice garden just like the wedding photos I saw in Hong Kong when I was based there long time ago.

Anyway, I was happy to see the Botanical Garden in Brisbane which was just perfect for my dream wedding photos.

Manila Wedding Pics!

Ako ang legal wife! This was taken during our first civil wedding in the Philippines last 18 October 2004. This was a spur of the moment for Sonny and me, we called people very dear to us i.e. my Kuya Chito, my best friend Mareylou Matiga, Sonny's best friend, Boy Villanueva and our dearest, Maritess, Sonny's cousin.

The Proposal!

Sonny treated me, Gina and Jun on my birthday last July 14, 2004. Won't forget this night, Sonny proposed to me in the most romantic way imaginable. The waiter served the engagement ring on a special chocolate dessert i.e. three (3) chocolate flowers. On the middle flower, he placed the engagement ring!

He asked me to marry him right there at the Conrad Jupiters Hotel!

Sonny and my bestfriend, Gina gave me a surprise party in this photo. This was the happiest birthday I had in my life, God gave me the best gift of all - it's Sonny!

Sonny and I visited Gerry's place in 2004. That was my first trip to Australia. Gerry and his other friend Totoy became "the bridge" of Sonny during our courtship days.
